- 2 lb. lean pork
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve syrup
Cooking Procedures :
- Cook pork with garlic, vinegar, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- When pork is tender, add pineapple syrup.
- Cook and simmer until mixture becomes syrupy.
- Add pineapple tidbits and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
