Filipino Style Carbonara

Filipino carbonara is a sweet creamy white sauced spaghetti dish. This Carbonara is an easy recipe just composed of bacon tidbits and cheese topped on fettuccini pasta then with a simple sauce mixture.

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams fettuccini (or any pasta of your choice)
  • bacon
  • parmesan cheese

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cheese pimiento,
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
(Kitchen Measurements)

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Prepare 250 g. fettuccini (or any pasta of your choice) and cook according to package directions.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Put in a saucepan, mayonnaise, cheese pimiento and cream of chicken soup. Mix together. Cook sauce in medium heat until boiling.
  3. Add cooked pasta, mix to blend.  Topped with bacon and parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve immediately.
