Ingredients : 1 lb. pork 5 small shallots, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. five-spice powder 5 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. rice wine Cooking Procedures : Season pork with the remaining ingredients and let it stand overnight.
