Sweet and Spicy Sauce

This sauce is perfect for seafood. It keeps in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. tomato ketchup (or banana ketchup)
  • 1 green chili pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
(Cooking Measurements )

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bow; mix thoroughly and serve.
  2. Makes about 1/3 cup.
