Grilled Chicken Wings Adobo

Have you tried a bbq-style grilled chicken wings in adobo flavor? Well, try this delicious recipe as a snack or even as a pulutan in your next beer day or just in your next special gathering with friends and family for a change.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • peppercorns
(Cooking Measurements )

Cooking Procedures :

  1. Combine the chicken wings in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
  2. Mix well then add some peppercorns.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
  4. Drain the chicken wings, reserve the marinade.
  5. Heat the marinade in the microwave for a minute. Use it for basting.
  6. Broil the chicken wings while basting with the remaining marinade.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
