Beef Tapa

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. peppercorn, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. patis (fish sauce)
  • oil, for frying

Cooking Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
  2. Marinate beef for at least 3 hours.
  3. Stir-fry in a small amount of oil.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
